Aruba Forever is run by Jakob: every winter, December through February, he lives on Aruba. Lead registration and occasional land-registry spot checks keep the referral model honest on both sides. We never send the same lead to two agents, so we only work with agents we'd send a friend to.
The flat fee keeps us motivated to send you leads every month. The referral fee means we only really win when you close. Pure pay-per-lead rewards quantity; we want quality.
